Perseverance is victory. There are some old employees around us who have been with the company for 10 to 20 years, some for over 20 years. From their experiences, we can truly feel the strength of perseverance. During their daily work, they have hardship, fatigues, they even want to give up sometimes, but finally, they do persist. They make great contributions to Lonsen’s success. Now, most of them have gained success in their careers and we are deeply moved by their perseverance and persistence.
Life is not poetry, work is not a game. Only with perseverance do we have hope, just as the saying “An iron pestle can be ground down to a needle”. We can reach the mountain peak no matter how high it is; we can create anything with diligence no matter how great the miracles are. My friends, let’s work hard for our life’s goal.
